PsyData Labs L.L.C. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility and usability for all people, including those with disabilities. As a technology and research firm, we understand that accessible design is a core component of equitable knowledge sharing and scientific integrity. Our commitment to accessibility is integral to our mission of providing data-driven psychological insights to the widest possible audience.
We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and digital products in line with internationally recognized best practices.
Our goal is for the website, located at https://www.psydata.net, and its core digital services to be Fully Conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
WCAG 2.2 is published by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is the current international standard for digital accessibility. Conformance at Level AA addresses the most crucial and common barriers for users with a wide range of disabilities.
Current Status: Partially Conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA
Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard. We are engaged in a structured, long-term remediation process to address all non-conformant elements.
This statement applies to the following critical components of PsyData Labs L.L.C.'s digital presence:
Corporate and Marketing Website: https://www.psydata.net (All public-facing pages and static content).
Core Research Data Portals: Accessibility efforts are prioritized and ongoing, with individual VPATs available upon request for B2B/licensed products.
Digital Documentation: All new or substantially revised PDF reports, white papers, and instructional guides.
PsyData Labs L.L.C. treats accessibility not as a one-time project, but as an integrated component of our software development lifecycle (SDLC). Our process includes:
Testing & Auditing
We engaged certified accessibility consultants for a comprehensive annual audit, utilizing WCAG 2.2-based methodology, Section 508, automated scanning tools, and manual human testing.
Development
New features and code deployments are checked for accessibility issues before release.
Training
All product developers, content creators, and design/UX team members receive mandatory, recurring training on WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
User Feedback
We prioritize usability testing with a diverse panel of users with disabilities to address real-world barriers.
Despite our commitment, users may currently encounter temporary limitations.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the PsyData Labs L.L.C. website and digital products. If you experience any barrier to access or have suggestions for improvement, please email contact@psydata.net.
