Strictly no use of these marks is permitted without the prior express written permission of PsyData Labs L.L.C. All other third-party trademarks, product names, and company names mentioned in the Services are the property of their respective owners.

Restricted Use and Enforcement

Your access to and use of the Services and any PsyData IP is governed by the specific terms of our Terms of Service and, for our Applications, the End-User License Agreement (EULA). Any utilization of the Services or the PsyData IP that is not explicitly permitted by these governing agreeemtns constitutes a direct and material breach of contract and may lead to severe legal penalties under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are expressly and strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, distributing, modifying, creating derivate works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, transmitting, or otherwise exploiting any portion of the PsyData IP for any purpose beyond the scope of the limited license granted.

Specifically, the use of our proprietary AI models, underlying algorithms, data processing techniques, or psychological frameworks to train, develop, or improve any competing artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analysis systems is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and is strictly forbidden.
